Privacy statement
his is the privacy statement of the Two-Day Military Performance Tour (Dutch: Tweedaagse Militaire Prestatie Tocht, TMPT). The TMPT is organized by a committee under responibility of the Royal Netherlands Association of Dutch Reserve Officers (Dutch: Koninklijke Nederlandse Vereniging van Reserve Officieren, KNVRO). The committee organizes the TMPT once a year for (reserve) military personnel.
This privacy statement describes which personal data the TMPT may process and for what purposes these personal data is used when individuals register for the TMPT.
Personal data
The TMPT committee processes (potentially) your following personal data when signing up for the TMPT:
name;
First name;
address and residence;
e-mail address;
phone number;
date of birth;
age;
gender;
IBAN and BIC;
citizen service number;
ID registration number;
grade;
Use of data
The TMPT committee may use this information to:
register your for participation in the TMPT;
process requests from you;
improve services for you;
contact or maintain contact with you;
process a request for a TMPT committee service from you.

how the committee processes personal data;
questions regarding this privacy statement;
access the personal data the commission processes about you;
objection to the use of your data by the commission.
Data security
The committee will only use your data for purposes specified in this privacy statement and will not retain them longer than necessary. The committee will take adequate technical and organizational measures to secure your data.
Third parties
The committee will not provide your data to third parties unless you have given your explicit consent or the committee is obliged to do so by law or court order.
Processor
The committee uses the services of third parties (processor) and has concluded a processor agreement.
